Agreement Between MyEnglishTeacher.net and Customer All policies below apply to all types of services provided by MyEnglishTeacher.net English Writing/Document Correction 1. The top, bottom, left, and right margins must be at least 1 inch for both typed and handwritten submissions. 2. If the writing is typed (preferred), it must be double-spaced, using only one of the following fonts: Arial, courier, new courier, or times new roman. The type size must be no smaller than 12 point. 3. If the writing is handwritten, it must be double-spaced. The handwriting must be normal size and easy to read. MyEnglishTeacher.net strongly recommends sending your writing by email attachment. Hand-written submissions will NOT be typed by a staff member at MyEnglishTeacher.net. A staff member will make corrections by hand on the submitted writing . Comments and suggestions may be on the submitted paper, a separate paper provided by MyEnglishTeacher.net or both. This is at the discretion of the staff member who corrects the paper submitted. 4. In the event that the above rules are not followed, an additional fee may be required. We will contact you if an additional fee is required. MyEnglishTeacher.net does not maintain any credit card information. We will NEVER automatically bill you for anything. This is our 100% guarantee. 5. MyEnglishTeacher.net is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by the customer. 6. Refund requests will be granted if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase or before the submitted writing is returned to customer. Whichever comes first. 7. The amount of suggestions for making the writing better will be decided by the staff member of MyEnglishTeacher.net who does the correction. 8. If, after returning the writing to the customer, the customer finds a grammatical error, MyEnglishTeacher.net will correct it and re-send the writing to customer. No refund will be made. 9. The staff at
MyEnglishTeacher.net makes every sincere effort to understand what the writer
desires to write, but we cannot guarantee that we have completely understood the
intended meaning. Since corrections
are based upon grammatical correctness and the writer’s intended meaning, we
cannot guarantee all corrections to be free of errors, particularly those which
depend on understanding the writer’s intended meaning. 10. We base our
corrections on American English. Since
teachers with diverse backgrounds and experiences correct your writing,
suggestions are subjective and opinions of the staff member who corrected your
submission. Therefore, suggestions
may vary among different teachers in various locations.
Amounts of suggestions may also vary among staff members at
MyEnglishTeacher.net. If you have

MyEnglishTeacher.net is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by the customer. 2. Refund requests will be granted if the request is made within 24 hours or before the first draft (rough copy) is returned to customer. Whichever comes first. 3. After the customer approves the rough draft a final copy will be printed and sent to customer. After customer approval, no further changes will be made by MyEnglishTeacher.net. If the customer wants a further change, he/she must use the change résumé form on this Web site and pay an additional fee. 4. If, after returning the résumé and/or cover letter to the customer, the customer finds a grammatical error, MyEnglishTeacher.net will correct it and re-send the writing to customer. No refund will be made. 5. Our 100% guarantee: We will never sell, or give the information you provide us in your résumé and cover letter to anyone or any company for any reason. We want to feel secure that your privacy is highly respected at MyEnglishTeacher.net. Gift Certificates and Pre-Paid Certificates 1. Refund requests will be granted if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase or before the certificate is first used. Whichever comes first. For All Document Corrections 1. MyEnglishTeacher.net will correct the English grammar and syntax of the customer's submitted documents. MyEnglishTeacher.net cannot provide legal advice for the writing of legally sensitive documents. We can only correct the grammar and syntax of the document that you submit. MyEnglishTeacher.net assumes no legal responsibility for the documents submitted and returned to the customer. For legal advice, consult an attorney. 2. We strive to provide quick and correct service. However, there may, on occasion, be times when MyEnglishTeacher.net cannot return the submitted documents within 48 hours. Reasons can be due to a situation at MyEnglishTeacher.net or of the customer.
